I am a full time internet marketer who has been online since 1997.

I cut my teeth on local internet marketing, learning to build websites for my own business but them moved onto the internet full time learning about internet marketing and how to make money online.

The best thing about internet marketing is that I can spend time with my family and work from any where so it is the internet lifestyle that I like so much.

For me, internet marketing is a way to create income for the lifestyle I want and I have achieved alot of what I wanted in terms of freedom and finance. As a family person i am keen to help others who also want to create a better life for themselves, and creating income is KEY to that lifestyle.

I have found, over the years, that the key to success is really in your mindset rather than your ability to click buttons on a computer: you can do that all day long and create nothing or you can work smart and focus on what your goals are.

I realised a while ago that it was the freedom internet marketing gave that I wanted and that of itself, internet marketing is pretty boring and very complicated. Most people come to internet marketing, expecting to make money, but are not training marketers….that is why they fail. Most people who try to make money online may have never run a business before either…no this is not their fault, but it is no wonder that they fail.

For me the key is to find business models that work to fit your desired lifestyle…for example Google adwords does NOT fit my lifestyle in one sense..you cannot make any money with it without alot of sites (and I find building sites boring) so I do not even consider that option but as an advertiser Google adwords gives the chance to drive traffic to my squeeze page and build alist quickly: so I love it for that.

So I would ask you straight away these questions:

What lifestyle do you want from the internet?

What kind of income do you want to acheive?

How do you want to earn the money?

Do you want to create a one site or many?

If you know what the answers to these questions you can find a business model to fit you…and that is half the challenge..planning your business is ESSENTIAL!

As for a personal life I live in UK with my partner Ally and our 5 children. I work from home (although I am in Wales when writing this).
